Try to relax and just clear your mind of negative things today. This isn’t about ignoring real problems you may be confronted with, it’s about learning how to let go of worry and focus on more productive things, things you can control. Because there are just too many things in your life that you can’t do anything about, and if you spend all your time distracted by them, you’ll only frustrate yourself. You can be happy if you really want to be.
It’s a perfect day for you to nest, recharge, and generally treat yourself right. Head out for a walk and then get some serious rest and relaxation. It should do your heart good.
Whatever you’re trying to get done might not come together just now, and it could be pretty darn irritating. Direct your energy toward others, maybe to your partner, and you’ll get better results (and extra credit)!
