Are you feeling pressured to be social right now when really all you want to do is cuddle up on the couch and watch televisions? Listen to yourself and follow your mood, despite what other people may say. After all, one person’s lazy is another person’s relaxed. So do not listen to others who are focused on things that just don’t matter to you right now. They need to learn how to negotiate and reason with you — and you don’t have to make it any easier for them.
If you think someone is blowing smoke, be sure to say so — in a quiet way, of course, followed by a smart question that shows you still respect them. Knowing your own opinions and backing them up is hot.
Now is a good time to pull back a little and check yourself. Your goals might be a little unrealistic, but it shouldn’t take much to correct them and get yourself back on the right course.
The more time you spend with people, the more energized you should be. If you feel depleted instead, then move on to another setting. Your energy is more valuable to you than money right now, so don’t waste it.
