They shouldn’t feel pressured to keep up, and you don’t feel slowed down by their need to poke along, so it’s a win/win. Follow your instincts, note your most brilliant ideas, and you should soon reach your destination.

It’s good to be accommodating, but if someone isn’t treating you right, you need to put a stop to that behavior right away. You’re too strong to be anyone’s doormat!
