Your feelings aren’t something you can sweep under the rug, especially right now, when you have so many conflicting emotions. But you do have the responsibility to find a way of conveying them to the right people in the right way. Whining to a co-worker about your workload isn’t going to accomplish anything. Get a plan together and talk to the boss. Show them that you aren’t waiting for other people to make the changes you want in life.

That idea about some new person has been rolling around in your head too long. What are you waiting for? Your energy is giving you the green light in a big way. Use it for your love life!

Another person can’t be responsible for your fulfillment in life. You have to be in charge of that. Lift that burden from your partner and you’ll see how much more room your relationship has to breathe.

It doesn’t seem possible that you’ll ever get out of the hole you find yourself in, but you will if you just keep trying. It won’t happen over night or with unconscious speed, so be prepared for the big dig.
