You’re doing some exceptional thinking right now, but the quality of what you have to say isn’t as important as how you say it right now. So be very careful about how you communicate. Take care when it comes to how you share your thoughts. Don’t broadcast them in email if you can do it in person. And don’t do it over the phone at all. If you want people to take you more seriously, then you have to put yourself in serious surroundings. Don’t hesitate to call a meeting to talk things out.
