An authority figure could bring you much entertainment today, which will be a nice change of pace. The two of you might find yourselves in a novel situation, with you as the expert while they are the novice for once. It will be unfamiliar territory, so suppress your laughter and discomfort. More and more, you’re seeing this person’s fallibility, and you’re really beginning to consider them an equal. That just means your relationship is becoming healthier.

Look at areas in your love life that generate lots of conflict. Next, figure out what you could be doing to bring the anxiety level down to a minimum. Even the smallest action is a step in the right direction.

Instead of letting your emotions run roughshod over your day, and probably your partner’s day, try to get a handle on where it’s all coming from. It’ll be easier to deal once it makes a little more sense.
