Sure, you might not be seeing as much of them as you used to now that you have more competition for their time, but so what? They’re happy, and you can get along with seeing less of them for a while. Give them the space they need to explore this new thing they’re doing. Let them know that you aren’t going to be possessive about their time. They need you and will call you soon.

Something very tempting is so close you can practically taste it. But you’re resisting for a reason, and a valid one at that. Hold off for now. You can always succumb later.
