To get along better with an important person, you can’t just rely on your sense of humor because this person might not have one! First off, don’t give yourself an unrealistic deadline for getting them to be your friend. You can’t expect one short conversation to guarantee that they always have a smile for you whenever they see you. You have to understand that this relationship needs to build slowly over time. Just be consistently polite and consistently friendly.

A drawing of your heart now would have to include big flames all around and a banner for you to fill in with the name of your choice. It would have to be in pencil, though, because that name’s changing constantly.

It’s the perfect time to sit down together and really talk. Even if there’s something troubling one of you, communication will still be smooth and lovely, so get the conversation started!
