All you really wanted from this day was the chance to kick back, relax, and pretend that a situation you’re sure is about to erupt won’t. At least not until you’ve had a chance to make a battle plan. But the phone just won’t let you do that. If you’ve had it and you don’t think you can help anyway, turn off the annoying thing and send it all to voicemail. Or better still, go and visit a friend who has no connection to the situation.

Your love life is sure to flourish if you go to the latest hot spots or try the newest activities. Maybe catching and filleting your own sushi sounds a little gimmicky, but why not at least give it a try?

It could be that you need to broach a difficult topic or just create some new space for your relationship to grow, but now is the time for you to break down any internal barriers you know about.

It feels as if the moment you move, you’ll be pounced on. Being prey is a visceral feeling. You’d be better off coming clean and negotiating a payment plan that you are feeling like a frightened rabbit. Remind yourself you’d rather fight than flee or hide.
