Don’t shy away from taboo topics, and don’t be afraid to lay it all on the line. There’s pretty much nothing you can say that could shock them, but why not try?

Take some time to find your center while avoiding becoming self-centered. Exercise, meditate, scrapbook, do favors for friends. Get focused and give your karma a boost.
