Right now you can’t exactly count on your gut instincts. Your emotions are going to be rapidly fluctuating, and what you feel one minute won’t necessarily be what you feel in another ten minutes. It’s much wiser for you to stick to the facts. Hold off on making any big decisions for another day, when your head is clearer and your feelings are more certain. Give yourself permission to feel whatever you feel today without worrying that it could affect your judgment.
