So share what you know with someone who’s struggling right now. They lack your patience to get through this rough patch in their life and could use a pep talk. Speak from your experience, and be wary of sounding too preachy. Encourage them to keep going, because every step they take puts them one step closer to their goal.

While you may not be as impulsive as you’d like, you do know how to be spontaneous in your own right. Doing something completely unexpected keeps everyone on their toes.

A burst of adrenaline spurs you to make all kinds of changes in your relationship. Talk with your partner first. Make sure you know where you’re going, or you may end up running in some random direction.
