In all your activities today, your enthusiasm will bubble up from deep inside you without any effort at all. This easy, positive energy is contagious and will spread around through all of your people. So without even realizing it, you’ll become a sort of leader, or at least cheerleader. You make being happy look easy, and there’s no reason to let others know that sometimes it’s not. This is a cyclical relationship. You make them happy, they make you happy.

Someone wants to keep things on the light and casual level, but that’s just not going to fly with you. Insist that they take it deeper. If they don’t, perhaps it’s time to move on.
