Try talking to someone you’d never have considered talking to before. You don’t have to have a long conversation. Just saying hello is all it takes for you to open up your attitude about different cultures and different beliefs. It’s not that you don’t have an open mind, it’s just that you don’t always exercise it. You have to get more proactive about experiencing new things and meeting different types of people. It’s the very best way to live a fuller life.

Somebody with an outgoing streak may be especially appealing now. Maybe you’re going along with a friend’s wild plan, or perhaps you’re surveying your dating options and finding a rebel type you like. Or maybe both!
