You have two options at this point. The first is to hand over the plastic to someone who won’t release it to you, even upon fear of death, or, even worse, permanent exile from your life. The second is to resolve to set yourself a limit and stick to it. But you have to trust yourself, of course. If you’re in love and shopping for your significant other, better stick to option number one.

Your brain could be extra scattered today. Nothing that comes out of it makes any sense at all. Under these circumstances, you’re better off listening to your instincts. Even if you have to tune out and sit in silence for a few minutes, the right message will rise to the surface.

You have far more of an impact on your partner than you imagine. Your smile can make their day take a turn for the better. When you’re dissatisfied, they sense it and want to help. This is truly a partnership.

It’s the wrong time to be exploring your financial options, but you certainly can’t be blamed if your options come looking for you instead. You get a major lucky break simply by waking up, getting dressed and heading out the door. For once, you won’t be wishing you had stayed in bed.
