Being the odd one out can be an advantage, so don’t get upset if someone calls you out and makes you feel weird for doing something you thought was the right thing to do. Whoever is trying to push your buttons simply doesn’t know how to peg you or figure you out, and they’re being lazy in trying to understand you. They’re too busy following everyone else to think independently like you do, but you shouldn’t let their jealousy bug you.

Sure, you think they have a heart of gold. And they probably do. But that doesn’t mean it’s a good idea to try to melt their heart down for bullion! It’s worth more than its weight as it is.

Be honest and kind when you discuss whatever topic is on your mind and you’ll see that this talk doesn’t have to be as difficult as you feared. You may even hit on a solution for an outstanding issue.

Your career has slowed down, but not any more than anyone else’s. And in any event, you’re still chomping at the bit on the inside. Your feelings about money and success run too deep to be sidetracked, world economy or no. Spend the day stoking your own fires.
