Joining a group – even online or socially distanced – is the easiest way to get a shot of social energy, and you could really use it right now. If you’re in a meeting, speak up more than you usually would. Remind people that you’re someone who should be heard.

Don’t let a weird conservative phase get the better of you. Sure, tighten those purse strings, but be sure to leave you mind and heart wide open. You don’t want to miss something great that comes in an unusual package.
