If you don’t, people are going to start avoiding you. No one likes to hang out with someone who doesn’t respect the ideas of others. Resist the urge to gloat or rub your victory in anyone’s face. Being arrogant is a very effective way to ruin your reputation.

Your work and your social networks inevitably overlap, but try to be careful about those gray areas. Be as professional as you can, keep your boundaries clear, but keep an open mind!
