If you’re at work, look for someone who isn’t new on the scene but has recently taken on a different role. They could have some helpful information you need to hear. In other situations, keep an eye out for that person who always seems to have the answers. They have the answers for you, too. Get to know this person and see where it goes.

Catching that certain someone’s attention is one thing, but at this point you’re on to bigger and better things. Think promotions and raises. You’re after the big fish now, and you’ll hook ’em with ease.
